The exhibition hosts the best of the world packaging sector and aims to underline the most brilliant initiatives of the past years and launch the most stimulating ones of the future ones.

Last year’s edition shed light on the important theme of Save Food, drawing attention to innovative and functional ideas for food packaging capable of encompassing product design, food protection and reuse of materials.

Digitization and sustainability: the ingredients for a better future

Interpack encloses within its huge exhibition space hundreds of different realities united by the same goal: to exploit research and innovation to allow the world of packaging to progress.

For this reason, during the exhibition, visitors can see the operation of specific functioning packaging machines, examine them and possibly make contact with suppliers.

The opportunity offered by Interpack is therefore immense: the German fair presents the innovations brought about by the world’s excellence in the sector, as well as trends in materials, machines and packaging technology.

In the last edition, attention was captured by sustainability, digitization and flexibility, confirming the interest in the progress of the entire packaging sector.

The high production and maintenance costs of machinery stimulate companies to invest their resources in technologically advanced machines capable of interpreting different needs. Hence the enormous interest in the flexibility of the service offered and the digitization of technological machinery capable of satisfying a vast range of requests.

Last, but not least, the constant focus that Interpack reserves on sustainability: once again this year the exhibition has in fact given space to proposals that are attentive to respect for the environment, confirming their relevance.
